  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Certain products (e.g., perishable items, custom-made goods, intimate/health products) are non-returnable. Sellers must clearly indicate these exceptions on their product listings.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued once the seller confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to the buyer’s original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

🚫 Seller Responsibility

  • All sellers on Cedomart are responsible for handling returns and refunds for their products.
  • Return shipping costs and dispute fees are the seller’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • Sellers must update customers on return instructions within 3 business days of the request.

⚖️ Disputes & Claims

  • If a seller fails to process a valid return/refund, buyers may escalate the case to Cedomart Support.
  • Our team will review the order, communication, and evidence before making a final decision.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, sellers are required to provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to the buyer.

🕒 Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is confirmed by the seller.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
